Subject: Important Updates to Our Appointment Policy
Dear Valued Patient,
In our commitment to providing exceptional care at Yeled Shalom Pediatric Clinic, it's essential that we manage our appointment schedule effectively. To ensure that all patients have access to timely medical care, we are implementing a new policy regarding "no-show" appointments.
Starting July 1st, 2025, any appointment that is not canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice of your appointment, or in the event of a "no-show," will be subject to a $30 fee. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with reserved appointment times and allows us to offer those slots to other patients in need of pediatric or medical care.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will certainly take those into consideration. However, we kindly request that you make every effort to notify us promptly if you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling our office during business hours or by canceling through your text or email reminders sent by our office.
